refunds
Do you provide refunds?
No refunds will be given. However, a walk through will be made with the client before our team departs the location.
Are cleaning products provided?
Yes, we will bring all cleaning supplies and equipment needed. (with the exception of toilet brushes). We will use the client's cleaning supplies/products upon request.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards online, checks, cash, and Cashapp.
How far ahead should I book a cleaning?
Cleanings may be booked up to 3 days before your desired date, or up to 30 days in advance.
What should I do before my appointment?
- Please be sure to leave out any sheets/bedding to be changed.
- Please remove any pets from areas that will be cleaned.
- Please provide your own toilet brushes
Should I leave during my cleaning?
No need. Please feel free to remain at the location. We may politely ask for space to clean, but most clients leave to run errands and we notify you at least 30 minutes before we're done.
Do you offer green cleaning?
Yes. We offer both chemical-free steam cleaning as well as the option to request that only natural cleaning products are used.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. In order to secure your appointment, a small deposit will be required. This will be deducted from your final price.
Can I expect a call before my appointment?
Yes. A call will be placed within 1 hour of your appointment time. Before we begin, we will ask that you walk us through any areas you'd like to point.
Should I expect a buffer time?
Yes. We may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after your appointment time..
Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes. A small travel fee up to $10 may be applied depending on travel time to your location.
Do you require consultations?
Deep cleaning appointments will require an in-person or virtual (photo/video) consultation.
Are deposits refundable?
A ll deposits are non-refundable. In the case of a reschedule, a new deposit will be needed to secure your appointment.
How late can I cancel?
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
